Her story began at UCLA, graduating with Highest Honors, and the distinction of Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. Hope’s role as a Real Estate Law Associate at the esteemed law firm Perkins Coie ignited her career, leading her to take on a leadership role as Executive Life’s in-house counsel, where she negotiated and closed the largest nation-wide portfolio of commercial properties in 1996, priced at over $500 Million. From there, she took on even more senior executive positions, including Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Bank of America and Senior Director of Real Estate Strategy at Gap Inc. where she directed strategies, re-developed corporate real estate and built lasting relationships. As a licensed broker and investor, Hope began buying and flipping homes during the 2009 downturn. She then transitioned into residential real estate full time, creating her own boutique firm. Known for her integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and finely tuned marketing strategies, she’s sold over $400 million residential real estate throughout Hillsborough, Burlingame, and San Mateo.
