Hope is a dynamic and focused professional who takes a personal interest in her clients and in every detail of the transaction. Her commitment to treating each client and transaction with integrity and personalized customer service has led to her respected reputation as a Residential Real Estate Broker in the Bay Area.

Hope's legal background began as Real Estate Associate with the esteemed law firm of Perkins Coie and later as lead in-house counsel for Executive real estate portfolio, where she negotiated, sold and closed over $500 Million in real estate assets.

As a corporate real estate professional, Hope has a proven track record of knowing the market and building community relationships, with attention to a finely tuned marketing plan. Hope brings the same focus and approach to her residential real estate clients. Hope is able to draw upon her experience as Vice President for Bank of America's corporate real estate holdings and her later experience as Senior Director of Real Estate Strategy for Gap, Inc. to ensure that her clients are provided with the same high quality investment and marketing advice when purchasing or selling their home.

As founder and principal of Mortimer Investments, Hope has provided quality real estate investment and consulting services to both private and professional clients, including negotiations for individual high net worth investors as well as Banana Republic, Old Navy and the Gap.

Hope received her J.D. degree from USC Law School where she served on the Computer Law Journal and her B.A. degree in History from UCLA, with highest honors and the distinction of Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Hope has been a licensed broker since 1999.

Hope and her husband have three children, two in Burlingame High School. She has been a board member for the Hillsborough Schools Foundation, supporting contributor of Aim High (a non-profit educational organization for under-served communities) and is actively involved with local community associations and sports leagues.
